Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using Reports+ ("the App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Reports+ provides Instagram analytics and insights, including:

• Follower and unfollower tracking
• Engagement analytics and statistics
• Account growth insights
• Profile interaction analysis

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. Your Account and Data

When you use the App:

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and Instagram credentials
• All Instagram data processed by the App is stored locally on your device
• You retain full ownership and control of your data
• We do not have access to your Instagram account credentials

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes
• Provide accurate information when connecting your Instagram account
• Comply with Instagram's Terms of Service
• Not use the App to harass, stalk, or harm others
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or interfere with the App's functionality
• Not use automated systems or bots in conjunction with the App

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Free and Premium Features: The App offers both free features with limitations and premium features through paid subscriptions.

Billing: Subscriptions are processed through Apple's App Store. By subscribing, you agree to Apple's payment terms. Subscription fees are charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.

Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is disabled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

Managing Your Subscription: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store account settings.

Refunds: Refund requests are processed by Apple in accordance with their policies. Please contact Apple Support for refund inquiries.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, code, graphics, and content, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on the App without our express written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

• The App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• Results obtained from the App will be accurate or reliable
• The App will meet your specific requirements

Instagram may modify their platform at any time, which may affect the App's functionality. We are not responsible for changes made by third parties that impact the App.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA OR INTERRUPTION OF SERVICE.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms regularly.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
